UANI Child Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

UANI maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, including:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Child grooming or enticement
• Sexualization of minors
• Any imagery, text, or media depicting or suggesting inappropriate interactions with children

Violations result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. User Reporting & Moderation

Our users can report harmful content or behavior using in-app tools. Reports are reviewed promptly by trained moderators. We use:

• Proactive moderation & keyword filtering
• Media scanning technologies
• Automated detection of grooming patterns

3. Age Restrictions

UANI is for users aged 18 and above only. We enforce age restrictions using:

• Date-of-birth validation
• Identity checks as needed
• Ongoing monitoring for age misrepresentation

Violators are permanently banned.

4. Collaboration with Authorities

We cooperate with:

• Law enforcement agencies
• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Industry partners and safety coalitions

We share data as required to support investigations and prosecutions.

5. Ongoing Improvements

Our CSAE policy is reviewed regularly. We invest in:

• Moderator and team training
• Abuse detection technologies
• Community safety awareness
